While the HSS Framework often references gender and its relationship to LGBTQ history, many educators feel like they lack the resources and/or time to effectively integrate these concepts into their classrooms. This session will provide teachers with strategies, vocabulary, and lesson plans to effectively integrate gender and LGBTQ studies into CA, U.S., and World history units.
