Many of the recommended content inquiries for 6th and 7th grade California History-Social Studies courses offer opportunities to introduce economic concepts and enrich students' understanding of current civic, geographic, environmental and economic issues by learning from historical episodes. Two lessons will be modeled for each grade level and participants will receive seven lessons per course to bring to their classes.
