The purpose of the session will be to to outline Paulo Freire’s Problem-Posing Education and describe how I utilized this framework to unleash my secondary education social studies students’ potential to confront problems in their world.  I describe how I confronted the problem of planning, implementing, and reflecting on utilizing Problem-Posing Education in my social studies classrooms.
