Dr. Edward Park will present with Dr. John Park on their forthcoming manuscript, Korean and Korean American History: A Teaching Resource for Educators in California. We will demonstrate how the manuscript can be used to fulfill specific elements of the California History-Social Science Framework. Ms. Eunjee Kang, history educator, Shinyoung Park, Ph.D.
Consul/Education Attache, and Jennifer Keil will participate.

Dr. Edward Park

Edward J.W. Park is a professor of Asian and Asian American Studies at Loyola Marymount University. He works in the area of sociology of immigration, urban studies, and comparative ethnic studies.

Dr. John Park

John S.W. Park is a professor of Asian American Studies at University of California, Santa Barbara. His areas of interest include American immigration law and policy, American constitutional history, and Korean and Korean American studies.
