In the age of “just google it,” how can students establish context --historical, geographic and conceptual-- to put information in perspective?  With strategic use of maps, timelines and analytical tools -- students use points of reference to “stay oriented” and tackle complex inquiry.  Engage with examples for democracy, equality, and climate change and tour database for more 6-12 lessons.
