Sara Cohan is an educational consultant specializing in human rights and genocide education. She has worked with The Genocide Education Project for fourteen years. Cohan is also a Museum Teacher Fellow for the United States Holocaust museum. In 2001, she was named the Research Fellow for Teaching Tolerance (Southern Poverty Law Center) and served on their advisory board. She was a recipient of a Fulbright-Hays scholarship and was an NEH fellow. She was a lecturer for the Council of Europe in Budapest in 2009 and has worked with the Armenian Genocide Museum and Institute in Yerevan.
